One person is dead after being shot by Toronto police on Saturday afternoon. Officers were responding to a report of a damaged vehicle being driven erratically in the Wilson Avenue and King High Avenue area, just west of Bathurst Street in North York, around 1:24 p.m. on Saturday, according to the Toronto Police Service.
