Supposedly Aristotle and Alexander actually fell out towards the end of Aristotle’s life because Aristotle saw Alexander as taking on too many Persian customs instead of continuing to do things the Greek way. I’m also not the first person to make fun of Aristotle for the “men have more teeth” thing, Bertrand Russell memorably pointed out that Aristotle was married twice and failed to ever ask his wife to open her mouth so he could count.
